Leitrim and Roscommon County Councils have commenced the preparation of the Joint Carrick-on-Shannon Local Area Plan 2024-2030.

The Plan will be the first joint Plan for the town and will have a strong focus on the development of both the Carrick-on-Shannon and Cortober areas of the town.

Local input is considered vital to the entire process.
