Gannon's Poultry T/A MI Gannon & Sons Ltd are Egg & Poultry producers and wholesalers. They cover a 50/60 mile radius of Carrick-on-Shannon and also sell into Dublin city. Gannon Poultry holds the Bord Bia Quality Assured Certification and is the only certified company in the Counties of Leitrim, Roscommon, Sligo and Longford.

The Managing Director Ray Gannon along with his brother Ciaran Gannon are the 4th generation of the Gannon family to be involved in egg production in Carrick-on-Shannon. The business was started by their great grandfather in 1879.

Their main lines are commercial eggs sold under the "Carrick Cackler" brand and free-range eggs sold under the "Carrick-on-Shannon Free-range" brand. They also sell fresh chickens, ducks, turkeys, fresh and frozen chips and a large range of fresh and frozen foods.
